A scam because the same actors were used? They were two separate projects from two separate directors/editors. Heck, one was made by a mac user and the other by a pc user. (And the difference shows in the quality between the two).

Same actors but different submitters. An email was sent beforehand and the contest representitive said it was allowed.

Yeah, I can imagine the sort of work-arounds you could figure out to get around the rule, but the point is that it looks like the same group of people. The main guy is even wearing the same hoodie. I can't really imagine them as actors, either...which makes me think you're all just a group of friends. Most of everybody that works on these films is a group, not just the one person submitting it...so it seems very unfair that one group gets two entries.

It's two separate people who didn't even work together outside of performing in the actual videos. It shows in the videos- the sense of humor, angles, etc. are different. I just wish people weren't so spiteful. You'd think people would sit back and enjoy videos instead of trying to pick out how the video is bad. I look at the comments on other videos, some people are just being nasty. People forget the competition is about paying tribute to Nintendo, which all the videos have done well.

I don't appreciate the nasty comments, either, nor people that exploit the loopholes in these types of contests. I'm not trying to call you cheaters, but Nintendo apparently OK'd the wrong thing. Your Youtube account has a bunch of videos with the same people in all of them. It's obvious that you're a group of friends or something. How can we take your word for it that they're unrelated? Would it seem fair if both of your videos won something?

You're not calling me a cheater yet you said Nintendo "OK'd the wrong thing" (This contest is about making videos celebrating Nintendo not accusing them of "ok'ing the wrong thing"). I'm sorry if you feel the "wrong" thing has been done but there is nothing "wrong" going on.

dude, calm down, your being a prick, im sorry, but its true, there are so many people like you who have to be all like "no he cheated" or "no he broke a term of service" or "no he tried to kidnap the president" look the point is no one values that type of oppinion at all, because its annoying when your trying to watch a video and out of the corner of your eye you see these nasty comments about a good video, you dont have to post these, you can just keep them to your self.
