God wouldnt send someone to hell, because they kill themselves, because depression is a form of illness, purgatory at best. 2. God doesnt usually take you to heaven or hell, and then put you back into your body, you either die or live,

@TryAlwaysYourBest I'm a catholic, so I can see why we dissagree, but considering most religions have similar rules/laws. I can say that 1. Suicide ONLY happens if the person committing it, is in such a bad state, that they feel they dont deserve life. Or don't want to live such a painful life. They have to be mentally ill, which God understands, and will not send them to hell.

2. God can give people a second chance, but once in hell, you can never return.

Inspiring. I died and God told me that I could not be with Him yet because 1. My heart was not in the right condition 2. My kids needed me. I was upset while I was in the hospital from the car accident that broke my neck, arm, jaw, shoulder and in a halo. I was upset for about a day because he did not let me go wiith Him. I got over it and later on within one year Gods' revelation to me came to pass. The most unexpected events happened in my life. Trials I would not wish on anyone.

Depression is indeed a sickness. But it cannot be comapred to the horros of hell by saying that she was already in hell on earth. Hardly the real truth. Hell is not emotional distress. Depression is. Hell is real place that people go who reject Christ.

I can relate to this. Jesus gave me a second chance too. People who mock God, don't know what there doing. They think there cool and hardcore but at the end of the day, they won't have the last laugh and its painful to even think about it but we all choose our destiny. Heaven or Hell.

What I don't understand, and perhaps this is a misinterpretation of her NDE, but why would she assume that God was the light being and the being that she did not see but could hear was Jesus? I would think that God, creator of the universe of all that is seen and unseen, would be the one to cloak his/her figure? And she didn't say that her interpretation of God(the light) was love, she said Jesus was love. I'm very confused by this account because God created Jesus therefore God is love.

John 1:1 says Jesus has always existed with the Father. Jesus is known as the Word. God became flesh and dwelt among us. God became physical in order to be the only worthy sacrifice to please the father conquer death and pay for our sins. Im guessing the person that reviewed her life might of been an angel that was assigned to her life or possibly the Holy Spirit if it wasn't Jesus. Jesus loves us and wants us to reach out to him and be forgiven and stop our sin.

@SCGreatOutdoors I've wondered about this same aspect -whether Hell is eternal, based on these NDEs. There are other similar NDEs where the person goes to Hell and is able to cry out to God and he comes and takes them out. I guess the thing we don't know is if the same is available to even those who die permanently (who are not brought back to life)? I don't know. Any other thoughts anyone?

@mearokus I think your misunderstanding the whole picture. I speak from having a similar experience. First of all, when you go to hell, theres no coming back. Its forever. God cannot take you out once your there. Im not saying he does not have the power but if you know the bible, you would know that it says that the word of God condemns you: meaning the wicked and evildoers, his word is already preset and done. Meaning that the bible already lets us know who is going to hell and who is not.....

according to our works. So we pretty much send ourselves to hell because, even though we know what is bad and what is good we still sin and bring judgement upon ourselves. I hope your following me here. I had an experience when my spirit left my body and its crazy but it happens. I overdosed on many drugs and I knew i was dead as I was going through this tunnel, but i begged for a second chance. i couldn't believe i was dead, i was only 15. It was really frighting but he gave me a second chance.

@SuperMillennium77 To think that Hell exists only because it evolved from wishful thinking is dangerous and erroneous excuse that can't erase it's monstrous existence. The Old Testment book of Daniel says it is a place of everlasting contempt and that the dead shall rise and either go there or to everlasting life. Daniel 12:2 There is no annihalation. Neither is purgatory taught anywhere is scripture. Jesus said the rich man said; " I am in torment in this flame."
