  • How long can i keep it in the fridge until it expires?

  • First time I tried, I beat it on high speed.... and it became butter :( Second time I tried, I beat it on low speed and I managed to get it to reach soft peaks. Because I wanted stiff peaks of whipped cream, I beat it again for a few seconds and noticed that it was beginning to clump up (as if it was turning into butter again). Any advice on what I am doing wrong?

  • @Bulgur05 First I'm not american, second why are you watching this video if you know already how to make it?...

  • I've seen alot of "homemade whipped cream" from yanks on the tube, its it so hard

for them to not buy cream on a can or is this new knowledge to them that you can whip it yourself? =)

  • I have a plastic bowl??? Wud that wrk?

  • How long did it take you to whisk the cream by hand?

  • does it have to be a metal bowl? i have a glass one.

  • @Beatles463 you can if the bowl gets cold enough when in the freezer. It is however preferable if you use a metal bowl :)

  • check out my vid its better

  • I make my 3,2,1, sugar free whip cream about the same. The ingredients are 3 cups of heavy whipping cream, 2 cups of Splenda, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. I put all the ingredients into a bowl and whip with an electric mixer till it peaks then put it in covered container and into the fridge. I have also used banana and almond extract for a different flavor. It is very yummy and can be used by diabetics and to cut the carbs on those sinful yummy's we like to eat.

  • Can I use half and half instead of heavy whipping cream?

  • can i use cocoa powder or strawberry powder?

  • can i use all purpose cream?

  • Can i not use the Vanilla Extract? and just use sugar and heavy cream or like its required to make whipped cream answer soon thanks

-XOXO (no homo) the girl who loves cooking

  • @Msallaboutrko Yes, you can make the whipped cream without vanilla extract. It is used to add a vanilla flavor to the finished product, but the recipe will still work without the extract :)

  • Its spelt Equipment!

  • can we use it right away????????reply

  • @redlight5551 use what?

  • Can you use this to frost cupcakes? Can we add food coloring?

  • can i use yogurt instead of heavy cream?

  • is it ok if i made this with milk instead of heavy cream?

  • @sbjam2011 No, you cant.

  • @sbjam2011 no

  • CAN YOU MAKE IT WITH OUT VANILLE EXTRACT

  • @SchimmyDeanie29 The vanilla extract adds a bit more flavor, but if you don't have any, you can still make it without and it will be fine. Thanks for watching!
