I keep thinking to myself, is this lipsync or live? Because I don't see the sound matching with the pronounciation. Plus, there's no way that putting the microphone lower like that can create such powerful and loud voice like that. Great song and performance though.

I was thinking the same thing. He does sound too perfect to be singing live you cant even hear him breath because when you sing live you breath a lot. But it seems to me the other 2 sing live so maybe the second couple lipsync because their part is harder??? if u r not professional u cant harmonize perfectly like that when u sing live... but i still love the performance and i watch it a lot.

does anyone know why there's 2 couples and what the first couple is doing why they dont move???

Well, you have to see the entire show to understand. I was there for it. This part was like they started falling in love. So the beginning, the two main characters were singing. But of course, they save their energy for acting; so they have another pair to come up and finish the song. :]

berkeley is very lucky to have these wonderful singers. i wish we had them here at UCLA :( the second couple is the perfect match for this song (the voices, the confidence and the chemistry) right up there with the thuy nga duet. the other two are also good. does this come out on DVD? where can I get it?

wow the second couple rivals professionals i wonder why they didn't sing the whole song. their voices go so well together and they changed the song a little bit too. i like this version better than the one on pbn.
