I understand windows vista, but when did XP have problems?

Macs are very powerful, all of them that is, if you only need to browse the web and do word-processing or general office tasks then a PC is fine, with windows 7 learning some things from Google and Mac OSX it has become a much better OS than any other windows system and works very well.

The OS X system was the first to be cracked, Windows a day later (this was Leopard vs. Vista SP1), Ubuntu not at all. Now, running stability, performance etc is a totally different story.

Not one of microsoft's to the cloud ads exhibit cloud-based anything. WOW! This commercial is the truth!! I had problems with Windows 98 and XP and I said fu*k it! Got a mac in 2007, using it right now, when I thought it was starting to slow down, it proved me wrong. Still works like I pullled it out the box yesterday. Only drawback I can't play a lot of games on it but nevertheless, I'm completely happy with my mac. Don't regret it one bit! :)

lol, Windows actually does get better while still maintaining unmatching usability and "noob-user-friendness". Mac on the other hand is "virus-free" only because people don't really care about writing viruses for Mac OS - target area is too small to bother. The reason they have virus protection software for Macs is to make money. Being the paranoid user I am, I purchased Intego Virus Barrier X5 for my Macbook Pro. But, it's never needed to delete or attack a virus I've picked up online. I've had this anti-virus for a little over two years, but it's pretty much done nothing but prevent viruses sent to others and give me a peace of mind. Macs just aren't very prone to viruses.

I thought Mac's were cool until I had to use one for work. I honestly spent 40% of my time watching that damn rainbow pinwheel thing spin. It CRASHED two to five times a day. We had to send it in for repairs twice because It was caught in a boot loop. HOLY HELL It was slow. WE kept complaining to our boss that my computer and others were having massive problems. It was taking us twice as long to do everything. But my Mac Nazi of a boss would not listen. So he fired me. Thanks Mac! Now I use PC!
