True. With real actors, a budget and a crew. This is what you get with one man and a camera trying to create something with the very limited resources he has. It's a stepping stone.

Spent all that time using those effects,

you still didn't bother to drop the frame rate to so it doesn't look like you shot it on video.

Too bad this looked promising, but I can't stand watching movies shot on video (except documentarys).
