  • Hi, I absolutely love how you gals have embraced Asian cuisines! just a note, marinating in cornstarch and egg whites is 'velveting,' which is used to soften the meat when stirfried in a hot wok/pan. Its the secret behind most Asian dishes. Happy cooking!
