I love the thief games..I'm tired of all the war games with explosions, why can't they bring more games like thief? I love how you have to be stealthy instead of all of the annoying explosions every 5 seconds like in some games..I wis they'd bring thief to xbox :(

Don't worry ... I just played through thief 3 and am continuing to thief 2 and I fucking hate zombies too ... The cradle and abysmal gale level in thief 3 was the worst part of the game for me :P

I played Thief 1 this weekend. I have heard good things about Thief.

but WOW Thief 1 Dark Project is BORING and stupid. 2nd level there are zombies with holy water? wtf?

and it's frustrating to even walk because even crouching makes noise. and sometimes you can't Blackjack an enemy because they spot you even if you made no noise.... it's just a BORING game.

I played Thief 2 today, same deal. No thanks. Boring, boring game.

Hitman series, Splinter Cell are MUCH better games.

@bio2020 Wrong. All 3 are great. If you don't like that type games then it's fine but stop comparing to those lame games..ok Hitman isn't lame but Splinter Cell? Seriously? Thats insult. problem with nowadays people is they whine and bitch too much. Seriously. There is great quote - "Honey, if you can't stand the heat GET OUT OF THE KITCHEN!". Which means if you have issues then pick something else..also Thief games started it all so think about that also..oh yea and Thief 3 is great too.

I don't know if you played the first Splinter Cell or not...but if you got caught...and you ran out of ammo...you were SCREWED. There was only ONE way to knock guys out if you ran out of ammo. And that was by chucking bottles at the enemies heads. EVENTUALLY they fell. But....as far as I know, there was no other way to knock out guys.

If by that you mean stealing loot, pretty much yes. Everything that's shiney and isn't nailed down to the floor can be stolen... If you ever get a chance to play the full version of Thief: The Dark Project, look for the bow upgrade in bone horde.

Shoulda boosted the gamma up some... It is hard to do videos on dark games because of Youtube. I know you are more than likely through with the game, but it can be a future tip incase you did one on Thief 3.

But good video, I will be watching them throughout the day. Amazing game choice, aswell.

Ah I understand the bit about being a nervous player and having to save or "my brain will explode". You should see all my saves in Oblivion lol... I love this Thief game. Have played them all. Nothing like a stealth game. I actually found Dark Messiah on youtube - thinking of buying it. Sounds good!

haha,, the mansion is pure pain. I remember cursing constantly couse you have to explore so much and dont get cought at all, even seen. Good luck
