But if it has to be patched,AT LEAST make a zombie mode were you have infinate life and ammo(which of course is disconnected from leaderboards).

You don't need a lag switch: when you are going down the elevator, you have to jump, then pause, then hit Y (or Triangle) repeat that 3 times. This may take a while because they patched it so you might hear a teddy bear sound, but keep trying because Treyarch failed at patching this, it will eventually work.
