It is unholy and cursed that on the entire site of YouTube, there is only one- ONE- video which has the studio version of this song. Five freakin' million vids of hacks of varying degrees of talentlessness stumbling their way through the song themselves, but only the bare ONE with the God damned original version.

Hi, it's on an 8-song disc called 'Home EP Vol. V'. Gibbard does 4 songs and Andrew Kenny does the other four. It's a lovely EP but quite tough to find now...
