@JetMechMA There are at least two dams involved. The first one seen is a hydroelectric dam at the lower end of the Falls Park. At the upper end beneath the railroad bridge is another. (There is an island between the two.) Google Map it and you will get the idea.
What's that big structure in the background? Look like it has spillway gates. Is it a dam?
