Yes! I remember being at this concert. Robin hardly had anytime on stage. But Eric tore it up! And he came down in the audience. So cool! I had a blast.
What I actually want to know is.... Is this a Robin Thicke concert? How is it possible that a very MAINLINE HEADLINE artist like Eric Benet is singing at someone else's concert? He is what? Not a side act............ Because while Robin Thicke is a good, strong artist.... BENET is a HEADLINER by himself... I'm confused!
@cocoagirl61660 Yeah, it was a Robin Thicke concert- Robin Thicke was the headliner and Eric Benet was the opening act. Odd because Eric Benet had been around MUCH longer than Robin Thicke. The only explanation I have is that perhaps Eric Benet was used to bring in more people and attention to Robin Thicke's concert, who was fairly new in 2008. I love Robin Thicke, but Eric Benet not only was the better performer but he performed more songs.
@cwynn6 Amazing that someone who is at least equal... if not superior to that of the talent they are trying to assist.... can be second...... This is on level with anything Robin Thicke has done.... at the very least. Wow. How can equal or better come out under something else.... Guess that shows modern society rules.
