Finnegan's been a a picker of fights in the past, but this time was not his fault. He's hit was perfectly legal, and apparently Andre didn't have the balls do accept the hit and act mature about him being stopped. Instead, he proceeded to rip his helmet off and punch him twice. Finnegan was smart enough not to hit back, but both of them getting fined the same amt and ejected? Totally unacceptable. The NFL gets stupider and stupider each year.
