I also am from USA but I don't live there right now. The reason I ask is becuase I always thought "the states" is something foreiners say. get onto pilkipedia and click on the link in the top paragraph which says XFM shows and you should be able to follow links, follow the links to download page, or come round to my place and i'll copy mine for you, in exchange for a bottle of expensive champagne perhaps?????????

Have you noticed that he often slips 'arse related stuff' into conversationsa with you.
1. When he asked you about what you hope god says to you at the pearly gates he HAD to slip a 'finger up the bum' scenario into the conversation when it was uncalled for.
2. He tried to chase you home to find your flat, even though you don't want him there.

Xfm is the name of the station, but I don't think they're on that station anymore. I think they're doing some more podcasts at the mo, though. Maybe on the Guardian website?

I also am from USA but I don't live there right now. The reason I ask is becuase I always thought "the states" is something foreiners say. Dont get me wrong I'm not trying to put you down, and I might be confused anyway. It's just something you don't hear I guess. I think expatriots use it alot but I don't know many.

This was a live radio show, not a podcast or anything like that. Some of the podcast was scripted, but this isn't. Karl is a genuine, uneducated weirdo. Fantastic
