  • Is this Old Home Place?

  • @romwidoly No, it's called The Solid Rock. The only place I have heard it is The Wright Sisters so I'm not sure who the original artist is. It's a good song though!

  • @jondearchik It's arranged differently, but check out Old Home Place. You've probably already heard J.D. Crowe cover it, but it's a Dillard's tune and it sounds a lot like this. If you haven't already heard it, you might like it!

  • right on

  • WOW__Nice Song!!= ))

  • Sounds like Fox On The Run! Good job!

  • beautiful....an the banjer playin aint bad either...

  • @ironjones Sorry... I didn't realize that. Thanks... :-)

  • i love banjo music but even more so when a pretty girl is playing one great sound

  • Great going girl, just keep that roll going. you have that pop sound that every banjo picker strives to get. WOW!

  • Might fine pickin there!

  • Beautiful!

  • The chair has got nice sound:)

  • I find the word "banjer" offensive and I feel that you are stereotyping banjo players as rednecks.

  • How am I stereotyping banjo players as rednecks when you're the one implying that they (rednecks) would call it a "banjer" instead of a banjo!?!

  • What if banjo players are rednecks? I play the banjo & yes I get a little rednecked once in awhile. So what? I guess you can call me Hillbilly too, because I come from where it all started. The hills in the south baby!!! So yah all come back now yah hear

  • When the African Americans brought the banjo to America, they actually did call them 'banjers'. They started out with 3 strings then eventually progressed into 5. Great playing by the way, keep it up!

  • its about time i seen another young girl pick.
