missed him opening the built to spill show last summer at mccarren pool park in brooklyn. the show was advertised to start at 7, we showed up around 6:30 (while cat power was playing), and found out bob had gone on an hour before. mighty ticked off i was.

I thought that Bob wasn't going to do anymore electric stuff? When I saw him at Irving Plaza in NY about 8 years ago that was supposedly his last electric tour.... Glad to see he went back on his word.

This is a great band he has now. LOUD. Brendan Canty from Fugazi on drums. Jason Narducy from Verbow (not Verboten, rdoiv) on bass. Richard Morel from Morel (no duh!).

Didn't know that was Brendan Canty... Fugazi is another of my favorites. Is this just a touring band or do they have an album out?
