MLB '06: The Show Glitch?

i had this gltich happen b4 where i hit a ball on the dirt right next to the second basemen, and he jst stood there...and then the first basemen ran over and stared at it...the same happened with the center and right fielders....i got an inside the park homer

i had this glitch where there was a man on first i was faster than him and i hit a double or maybe a triple and he went to home plate so i rounded 3rd and continued to come home with my player and there was 2 outs and they got him out at home and the inning was over well my next at bat the announcer says i had a homerun i looked at the box score and it said homerun

It's a wild pitch. Even if he strikes out and the ball gets away from the catcher, then the batter can still run.
