Amongst all the female dancers, one I think stood out. She was the one (in white) dancing with the guy (in black) with the bushy hair. This couple came into the center of the video at 2:48 and 4:08 min of the video. I think the female dancer must have had some ballet training. The grace in her body movements and the way she moved her arms were beautiful and really set her apart.

This Viennese Ball is organized by Stanford students and alumni. It's held every year in February in the San Francisco Bay Area. I have updated the details of this video with a website that has more information about the ball.
