  • That was for the racoon hat! It was a reference to Minnie Pearl, if you are old enough to remember -she was a regular guest on "Hee Haw" and always wore a hat with a price tag on it. She always said "How-deee" (Fran says that in the "Introducing Rooco" Movie! I guess we thought that Rooco had a country flair...hence the price tag on the coon skin cap and the Hoe down music! Thanks for watching!
