@Tbonesteak65 I would go with the XNA due to Dream Build Play, games like castle crushers were made using XNA, but if you have a computer with a Mac OS, go for Ipod...etc, check what are your resources right now, and exploit them.

If you go for XNA go to microsoft dream spark website, you the programs you need for XNA development there.

I am a developer and i develop for Both PC and Xbox 360 This is great if you want to make games easy and if your games are really good they can grant you Arcade development. But the Xbox 360 DK is a more better but are almost impossible to get if you cant even get used to errors that happen to you durring game dev and are mega expencive so yeah XNA game studio is good to.
