woah no wonder thiss took u over a year! this is sooo gooooood! i ♥ IT! if i were in ur posistion...i wud;ve just given up drawing them and the project.. Subscribed :)
I love this video... keep coming back to it. It's much better than you think! I love the "rough" feeling to it, it adds a lot to the gritty overall feel of the video and song. Thank you again!
I love seeing the progression of how much you improved over time. The...urm stills? Are still my favorite. Good luck in college Becca, it makes me happy to see Game Face in animation xD
SOMEDAY I SHALL KNOW A REAL ANIMATOR RIGHT!?!? And I can sell your autographs on the internet ? Right?to crazed fan girls and boys?? RIGHT?!
I loved it. It helped that the featured song is from one of my favorite albums! Are you a long-time Starflyer fan? Was it difficult to choose the song you used? Your art is fantastic, the characters are drawn consistently and are recognizable. I like how the artwork seems to evolve a bit throughout the video, starting out faint, then darker, very crisp-looking. I hope you are going to pursue a career in art, maybe even comic books or animation! I'm so thankful to you, this is a treasure.
Uhm, I captured the images with a scanner (which like, right after this project died on me T_T) and to put it all together I just used Windows Movie Maker. :P
Eerm....good question. :P I know for the last half of it, I would scan a picture in right after finishing it before drawing the next one, and just going on like that. But I think for the first half I'd scan them in small chunks? The first half was done well over a year ago...my memory's not too good apparently (::laughs::). But I do remember that it would take an hour sometimes to scan a small stack in.
Wow! The artwork and backgrounds between about 2:18 and 2:35 were really great! You're awesome! And I admire how long you worked on this instead of giving up in the middle. ^_^ Very nice work!! And congratulations on finishing it!

Awesome!
Just some questions-
What did you use to capture the images (scanner? camera?) and what program did you use to put them all together?
Very inspiring...: )
