I absolutely do agree that when he says Waltz, he is talking about the actual dance. I however think it is not pertinent that the song doesn't have a Waltz rhythm and that was the point I tried to make. Just a few cents here. But a Waltz is also, and primarily, a form of dance. Hence the line "a lovers WALTZ, will TURN until the end."
