  • Please take a peek at my bondy cover

  • Take a look at my Bondy cover!

  • as we ride a killer whale across a diamond sea... do you really think he was concerned about the term "waltz"... scott is such an amazing and talented guy! glad to know him and see him grow as an artist!

  • Just a few cents here. But a Waltz is also, and primarily, a form of dance. Hence the line "a lovers WALTZ, will TURN until the end."

What a stupid conversation that I just got trolled into.

  • @weavah312 No offense, but I read your comment and wasn't sure if you were talking about my comment(the second top-voted one). I absolutely do agree that when he says Waltz, he is talking about the actual dance. I however think it is not pertinent that the song doesn't have a Waltz rhythm and that was the point I tried to make. Of course, Waltz means a type of dance, especially considering that Waltz is a traditional dance on weddings. Let's hope it'll turn until the end! ;)

  • STFU vvvv both of you down there. The title doesn't mean its a waltz, it could be a song about a waltz. Dont assume.

  • this song isn't even a waltz,,,funny:)

but he is an amazing artist

  • Such a beautiful song!! *melts*

  • Andrew O'Donnel says this is the first waltz for his wedding!

  • ive been trying to get in touch with mr. scott bondy on myspace and no such luck , no news , he is quite the hermit lost in the love of the absolute desire not to be found ... i love aa bondy and yes , aa bondy WILL save us !

  • aa bondy will save us

  • It's cute, but I wish he wouldn't call it a waltz if it isn't going to be in counts of three... -_-

  • @blargittyblargblarg My same thought haha

  • @blargittyblargblarg If a song is called "Song for the dead", do you also complain when living humans listen to it?

  • @blargittyblargblarg If a song was called "Song for the dead", would you also complain when living humans listen to it? The title is obviously a metaphor to convey a certain set of images and emotions. If you prefer music that can't be missunderstood and is to be understood in a literal sense, you'll have to listen to more shallow artists and genres.

  • @NiklasWalendy @NiklasWalendy but when a song title contains the term waltz, it is only right for the listener to expect a waltz, and when the waltz is absent it only implies a lack of music theory knowledge on the musicians part.

  • @stylishsid I think you didn't understand what I just said.

  • @stylishsid the song poker face isn't about playing poker. Go troll over in that song.

  • @stylishsid On the other hand, who gives a shit?

  • @stylishsid Cool story bro. Ever notice how the only music theory majors are either teachers or work in a total non-musical related field? It's because to be a talented musician, you don't need to know jack shit about music theory. Please kill yourself.

  • @CH760 oh wow that is mean.

i'm sorry i never meant to be one of those dicks who comment rubbish all over youtube, but there's nothing wrong with wanting a waltz to be a waltz!

it has genuinely made me upset that you would tell a complete stranger who has said nothing about you, nothing about your family, nothing prejudiced, to kill themselves? that is low bro.

  • @CH760 Don't wanna be a douche but, I think you do need to have at least a basic understanding of music theory. Otherwise he wouldn't know how form a song or anything. You just never hear famous musicians talk about theory.

  • @NiklasWalendy absolutely! Scott's songs are loaded with metaphors...

  • awesome song
