@Extratexture4 Bit of trivia for you: the Stooges were supposed to be in this film! However, since Columbia exec Harry Cohn refused to part with them, producer Ryan James had to cobble together the Sid Walker/Skins Miller/Jack Harling team and billed them as the Three Stooges!
@gatorman295 Yeah, LOL, I've heard that. According to Moe Howard, he inked a deal with Columbia for the team on the same day that Larry made a deal with Universal.
Hey what is this movie like, other than what I just saw? It seems almost like those screwball mysteries lugosi would be in (like One Body Too Many). Any input?
This is great! Do you have any clips of the fake "Three Stooges" act that were said to appear in this picture?

Nice seeing Karloff and Lugosi in this, although they should've shown more of Lugosi.

He's the guy in the closet at about 1:30.
According to the book "Karloff and Lugosi" by Gregory William Mank, Karloff received $500 for this and Lugosi $250. Easiest money either ever made.

It's just a screwball comedy, with this being the only part of it with any kind of horror element.

Where did you ever find this? I was under the impression that it didn't exist anymore. Thanks for posting!

I bought it off a guy who was selling a VHS of it. Don't know how he got it. Yeah, it was thought to be a lost movie.
