  • @ison1996 No, it's rude to put a vid talking about losing 10lbs a week exercises. Not only is that silly and unsafe, nothing in this video pertains to much of anything to do with losing weight. Plus you WILL slap yourself in the face doing this.

  • This is an easy exercise. The idea is that you do easy exercise as a new way of life. Then you will never have to worry about losing weight ever again.

  • this is how you loose weight

    1. eat smaller portions of meals

    2. wake up at a resonable time

    3. eat breakfast, a light snack 2 hours later, then your lunch 2 hours after that, another light snack, then eat dinner 2 hours later (what the snacks are for is to make sure you dont eat alot for your next meal)

    4.dont drink soda, drink juices but mostly water

    5.walk about a mile a day(if you dont like running)

  • You shouldn't have labeled this "Lose 10 lbs a week" you know as well as I do, thats not true. Can it be done? Possibly. By who? Extremely overweight people. Not everyone can lose weight fast, the less overweight you are, the harder it is to lose. If you are NOT overweight, you'll be lucky to lose 2 lbs per week.

    even if I did it for and hour in the morning and an hour a night, with ankle weights, and barely eating.

    it still worked. :P

  • NO. Dont do this. a daily walk for 30 mins or even 25 mins a day and get 5 calorie drinking packets helped me lose 5 pounds in a week. i also did weight watchers for a summer and lost 30 pounds in 2 months. don wait around JUST DO IT.

  • @TheDinoist 1 and 3 are wrong. Eat more, but it quanties and time. 3 hours per every snack and do not go over 200 calories or so. Keeping you fueled and having your metalbolism always running. I agree with going out and running and drinking only water, but learn the ones above and always eat every 3 hours or so, and you win. 7 to 10 to 12:30/1ish to 3pm to 6pm to 9pm and sleep.  Done :D

People it's bull shit... nutrition is more then half of the process weather it's for balking up, losing weight or getting toned... weight lifting or any type of exercise will obviously play a roll in it but nutrition and understanding what to eat when to eat how often to eat and so many other factors will definitely make u lose weight or bulk up or get toned.

    they are the hardest workouts ive EVER done

  • Also patience and dedication... remember it took time to get the way you are so it'll take a little time to get where you want to be but you'll look way fitter inside of 3 months. Also change up your workout routines to continue weight loss and muscle gain. Don't do the same ole work out constantly. Mix it up

  • For rapid weight loss (Not 10lbs in a week) but weight loss fast and healthy. I suggest Swimmins, Cardio, and heavy weight training. Don't kill yourselves... 20-30 mins of swimming, or Cardio and for guys to help you look better some weight lifting. High weight and low reps. And get your rest from your workouts. Dump fast foods, white bread and go easy on the meats. Also lots of fresh fruits and tons of water. Two glasses before each meal and 8, 8oz glasses a day will have you proud of

  • btw , losing 10 lbs in a week, if you did manage to do it, will give you stretch marks, because your losing weight soooo rapidly, it isnt even advised to lose that much weight soo fast , so i dont know why things like the biggest loser encourage it, i just heard its not good,

  • u cant lose 10 lbs a week i play soccer volyball and swiming and i never lost so much weight that fast the most i lost in a week is 5 pounnds thats with extrme excercise and diet so techinally impossible but i might be wrong depends on your body
