The only glitch in there is the portal-bumping. I guess you can consider bunnyhopping a glitch, but it isn't in my eyes at least.

It's in the game, and everyone is accessible to it for their own use themselves. And if you don't like it, you can watch the other three chambers, which I didn't use any glitches on.

I watched a speedrun or two and found out a few glitches (like the Portal placement at 1:34 and the backwards-crouch bunnyhop). Then, I just watched some quick runs for each chamber to find the best strategy. My skills did the rest. :D
