i agree... on the war journal it shows the collectibles in order that youll find them. it shows the first on is cog tags. so somewhere before the roof caves in theres a set of cog tags. the question is, where? personally i have all but one and i cant find them nor find their location on any guide

the other one is right at the beginning of the level. turn around as soon as u start and run back into a gap in the wall and walk in and there is cog tags lying there
