I'm very much a leftist, but Dr. Paul's libertarian views are extremely attractive to me. More importantly, he has the integrity and voting history to back up what his mouth says.

Separation of church and state. Let the mother and her beliefs be the judge of that. An early abortion is the removal of a mass of cells that no more feel, think, etc. than a cancerous tumor, would. Now, I don't believe in aborting a developed fetus, it is it's own life. That is murder. The fact of the matter is the mother has a right to choose what happens to her body up to a point. When it comes to federal law, "God" should never be involved.
I would advise Paul to be very careful answering abortion questions. The issue is extremely sensitive and people are easily offended or turned off. Abortions should be avoided generally but decided on a case-by-case basis. Rape, incest, and the mother's health are grounds to have the procedure. Anyone who disagrees with what Paul said in this interview should take note, as Paul himself did, that he is a physician (a doctor). He's a gynocologist who has delivered over 4000 babies.

I agree with everything Ron Paul is saying except for abortion. There are laws against aborting based on the fetus' age. In many states, it's 4 months. Abortion occurs in nature, 1/4 pregnancies are miscarried. If the choice is made early to abort, I see no harm.

I would advise Paul to be very careful answering abortion questions. The issue is extremely sensitive and people are easily offended or turned off. Abortions should be avoided generally but decided on a case-by-case basis. Rape, incest, and the mother's health are grounds to have the procedure. Anyone who disagrees with what Paul said in this interview should take note, as Paul himself did, that he is a physician (a doctor). He's a gynocologist who has delivered over 4000 babies.

Why is Ron Paul getting so much support on the internet? Freedom is popular and the internet is the purest form of a free and open society, all of which Ron Paul advocates. I pray that today is the day that America awakens. It is up to our generation to have a burning desire for freedom. It is up to we the people to answer the call of liberty. After hearing Dr. Paul lay out the issue of life so clearly and you still can't understand that a baby in a woman's belly is alive then you need psychological help. As for rape victims - my grandmother was raped. If she had chose to have an abortion, her doctor would have been killing my mother. Would you really try and convince me that my mother deserved to be killed because of her father's crime?

Ron Paul supports our constitutional right to personal liberty, to make all the stupid mistakes we want, as long as we don't abuse another persons liberty. (like killing innocent unborn children). - He believes that government control in our daily lives should be limited. - U.S. arrogant foreign policy should be limited. - He doesn't want hard working, honest Americans to support lazy fat asses who do nothing but take from everyone else. What's wrong with that?

I agree with everything Ron Paul is saying except for abortion. There are laws against aborting based on the fetus' age. In many states, it's 4 months. Abortion occurs in nature, 1/4 pregnancies are miscarried. If the choice is made early to abort, I see no harm.

The Electoral College is needed to protect the rights and voices of smaller states, and not to empower the majority. If it wheren't for the electoral college then urban areas of high population would control the election.
