1 架子太小 缠丝劲的练习属基本功,应练大架子,大腿与地面齐平,这样日久才能练出功夫。
2 顺缠下捋以后有一个穿掌转逆缠的动作,片中练习者没有穿掌的动作,不规范。
3 逆缠掤之后应沉气座腕,片中练习者没有这个动作,不规范。
4 向外掤出时肘上翻,肘的位置高于手腕,这是片中最大的一个错误。
作为指导人学习的示范片不够规范,建议纠正。
