@squarebirdnaturopath - Hello, I'm Dan's mother, just typed his name in and found some sites that mention him. He actually died on Nov 25 on Thnksgv Day. I am humbled and honored that you cared about my son. I miss him so much I'm almost unable to move or care for myself. Dan's paternal side have written him off as "a drunk" and told me so, AFTER he died. I can't believe what motivation they have. I understood my son and I miss him so much I wish I was with him. Thank you for what you wrote.

I named my youngest son Daniel due to this song. I first heard it in the 70's when I was a very young girl and always said I was going to name my son Daniel. Now I do not have access to my son unfortunately until next October so it truely has special meaning. I had also planned to name my daughter Shannon if anyone even remembers that song and those were the two names I had kept for over 15 years.

I heard this song on the radio and automatically I felt a connection to it.
