how do you do elite voices?

We use software to lower the pitch of the voice. It's pretty straight forward.

I use Cubase 4 (any package will do it), which is technically music production software (aka Digital Audio Workstation or DAW), which is what we use for recording all the voices. Originally, we used a random plug in I found, but have since realized Cubase itself can do it, and much better at that.

Actually they are at various random places. They are secret achievements and also let you do fun little things. Like one makes it so when you shoot a grunt in the head confetti comes out and children cheer. It's pretty cool

Sadly, it's not coming out tomorrow. We weren't going to be able to catch up on the lost days, but one of us has encountered the infamous 3 rings of death, so it might take some extra time for 9 to come out, and we can't give an accurate estimate as to how long it'll take.
