Heres a way to make this mission easier. First, plan this mission ahead of time, and get the haircut and vest. Then, hold L1 and press up, left,down,right,triangle,squar­e,X,circle to get all the moves. Then, once u talk to bif and he opens the door for u, kill him and kill the rest of the preps. Then kill the plant, then escape. Then get out of Harrington's house, without fighting bif!!! It's easier to beat up bif and the rest with those moves, and probably some other cheats, and nice wheelie!
