I know EXACTLY what's wrong with that See 'n Say: the little rivet in the middle has popped loose, causing it to play from the middle of the record. I have seen this MANY, MANY times on See 'n Say's. It is possible to fix it, though. All you have to do is to take the middle part out of the outer casing (the blue center part with the center out of the yellow casing. This is best achieved by using at least one flat head screwdriver and prying the the two halves of the yellow casing apart.
