Damn, this animation is crap. Honestly, the missing details, like the drummer lacking the red streaks in her hair, the choppy close-ups on Daphne moving back and forth (just look at 1:02 and onward for that sequence, as the guitaress floats away, and at 1:36, where Daphne seems to have a lag-issue with her online Rockband group.) should have been seen by the animators from a mile away. And why does Daphne turn around to face elsewhere in some parts? You got an audience, woman! Face them!

The song is really good except for an annoyance or two (the autotuned vocals in certain sections of the song make it sound like Evanescence, which is annoying in itself). Overall I do miss the Hex Girls from what they were portrayed as on The Witch's Ghost, but there are some good things about them being on Mystery Inc. They helped Daphne heal from a bumbling Fred and also I must argue that the new version of Earth, Wind, Fire, and Air in the episode is much better than the original version.

So,instead of screaming about how we're all traitors for liking this take a long look at all of the remakes or sequels of shows and movies we used to watch as children.Compared to half of the other junk this is pretty decent and it at least has a plot.Unlike so much of well...everything else.Count your blessings...they could have 'flushed our childhood down the toilet' in worse ways. :)

I actually do like Mystery Incorporated, but I do like the Hex Girls later on a lot better. (Yes I know this is the new version, but this is set in the past when they were teenagers, so they change FROM what they are now, to the older version, not the other way around.)

As much as scooby doo seems like emo anime now, you gotta look at multiple perspectives. The video critics will start hating on scooby doo if every new season they do the exact same theme, so by putting in a twist and turning it into a show with a more indepth storyline, including more songs and such, and possibly bringing back classic scooby doo in the future, they would be good with the public and the critics.

I think it may have just been the one to air those shows. WB was good for Tiny Toons, Animaniacs, Freakazoid (somewhat), and of course Batman The Animated Series. I don't know when WB started sucking exactly. I was never a Hex Girls fan, but yes the originals were the better. The WNSD versions were... meh.
