Just one recommendation. The opening shot makes you look dumpy, and that's not being overly critical. You should have entered the scene from behind camera running slightly to stop briefly in Superman action stance like arms ready for fighting in almost karate hand form, and then began to do the physical stuff with hands fisted. That's from a director's point of view.
