  • That was comedian Freddie Roman, who did a fantastic job as MC for the second half of the show. But they left out the laffs he got as others did.

    The "graduation" was cute, and Melissa's short medley was wonderful. By the way, who is the gentleman at the beginning who introduces Jon Voight and Louis Gossett ... is that Lou Zigman?
