They aren't cooked as long as most pita recipes. I hope they aren't doughy. You could have spoken louder at the beginning, or turn up the microphone nearer, it was really hard to hear your voice. No, I am not going deaf.
You might have fun putting old red bricks in the oven, after lowering the rack a notch. Heat the oven about 400 and give the bricks about 10 minutes extra to get really hot, then put your pita dough (or slightly flattened egg sized buns, or even a whole loaf of bread (dough) on the bricks. Call everyone in to watch how fast the dough rises.
