  • Very Nice! I like your style!

  • Crossfit mixed with Parkour... i love it! i want to see an entire workout though. do you ever mix any of the power lifting that crossfitters normally do in with your parkour workouts? because i think parkour could add the element of precision into your every day crossfit workout and elevate it to a whole new plateau.

  • but is a great training video

  • this isn't parkour RandalSetzler

  • which song is this.....good workout outs i will try in nyc al of your videos have awsome songs

  • @antonioavh The song is "Whispering Wind" by Moby.

  • Looks like a new level for crossfiters to aspire to.

  • looks more like a good way to break into buildings, houses and shit

  • lol...good one. But is a great way to train!

  • i live in austin. i weigh over 250 pounds. i have tried to lose weight but have never managed because i hate sports and i hate mindless workouts, but when i tried this the other day i had one of the biggest thrills of my life. where should i go from here?

  • hes my trainer

  • I just love it man. When u train like that ("parkour'ing") u get not only strenght, but speed and control too. And idk, when parkour'ing i feel very satisfied, especially when i went through the obstacle successfully.

P.s. Sorry for my English ;]... and keep it up.

  • amazing vid man!

    great technique!

    i like!

    see my vid!

  • cool video with some very impressive moves

  • I love how fast you bridge up those gaps man.

  • i thought the video's pace was perfect.....almost meditative......awesome.......inspiring.....what is the music from?

  • I knew some would understand that I set the pace of this vid as I did for a specific reason. In my training I feel time drawn out as I climb, jump, vault, and navigate myself through any given environment. If I can suspend time for a couple minutes as someone watches one of my videos and they feel how I felt when I was in the moment, then I have reached my goal. To have a stranger see and feel it and for them to reply and tell me that makes the training/filming/editing all worth while. Thanx.

  • Oh you definately hit the mark then! I would only guess that some workouts the adrenaline wouldn't be pumping but rather you would be in the 'zone' like a connected state of Being......way to go for sure.....

  • brllend

  • At 1:04 keep you but down. The jumps at 2:20 seem a little to high you're knee's are passing the 90 degree limit witch can become knee problems. Nice exercises really liked the one at 3:44 working arms and lower abs nicely done!I like it how you show some of the aspects of training like repetition and gegabu its a training/conditioning so i fine the vidoe is nice how its slow.

    peace

  • Nice work stud! You are a freak of nature

  • Damn good stuff, Randal.
