...I really like the music...especially the earlier half...reminded me a little bit of Zappa's 'peaches' phase...the images are well taken and work fine...but the sounds could take me deeper into the waves......good work...jc
The original piece of music evolved seamlessly from the first section to the very ambient third with the addition of more and more tracks until it calmed. I loved it everyone else I played it for loathed it. I added in the solo section in the middle and the same people swore they never heard it before and loved it. It's amazing how a little change in structure can change ones complete perception of a piece of music. The earlier piece also would never have fit the lighthouse images. Thanks. Chris
Great pics...funny thing I lived near here (on main-Land)-Lorain,Ohio and have never been out to the Islands....I've only seen them from shore looking out over Lake Erie.
Maybe next summer I'll get out there to check it out!
They give me peace and center me in the stormy seas of life. I'm glad you enjoyed it, it was a wonderful trip, too short as all trips are, but wonderful. Chris
That oriental flavour music again adding spice to the ensemble. "Please hang up and try again." - a nice touch. Do they use that on phones in America??!! English accent, you know. Very refined. Rather posh. Anyway, Chris great music, great graphics! A veritable feast for the eyes and the ears.
"Please hang up and try again." yes they do that to us in the States too. Glad you enjoyed it, a little experimental but I think shaking up the music in the lighthouse videos is a good thing. Thanks for checking it out, Eugene, I always look forward to your comments. Chris
It was an experiment that I didn't do much with after I wrote the riff, then I put the solo in and changed the arrangement some and voila a piece I can enjoy. Chris

Yeah this was one of those times playing around recording, thinking it was music for my ears only, but over time I liked the way it evolved. Chris

I understood the "Great Lakes". I thought that it was a sea because it was very large! In Japan, such a big lake is not.

is this lake? sea?

Depends on how you want to look at them "The Inland Seas" or the "Great Lakes"
