well... if I am not mistaken... the blood comes from the cell where the torture is to hang the man upside down and saw it from the hip downards

and I dont think there is much ways to die int his game... probably getting something to fall on you is another way but.. is theres few chances for that...

From what i've seen the tomb that you found on this episode if you go into it the tomb locks behind you and you get spiked im not too sure if you die but its pretty darn cool :3
