You know that feeling you´re supposed to have when you see the big villain of the movie.

Vader´s first appearance, Sauron, Davy Jones etc.

I didn´t feel anything but amusement when I saw Firelord Ozai in the movie. In the cartoon you couldn´t even see his face during the first book and he had this presence that made him a villain. It´s hard to explain cuz my English isn´t so good but I hope you get what I mean.

And Katara looks like Leonie Saint. ( former German pornstar )

Shyamalan... He has good ideas. He does... But... Man, I think he used to beta his scripts for the Sixth Sense, because after that success, the thing jurs kept getting worse and worse. I never bought the 'he crammed in way too much' argument. I've suffered through the movie multiple times and it occurs to me the information provided is quite digestible for the running time, IF it had been properly presented. Instead, M. Nights script is so inept as to give the impression that there was too much information for such a short movie.

Yes, I do agree that this movie was bad. I am a big fan of the series and know the story from the back of my head. This movie just had way to many errors and the storyline was mixed up a bit, not to mention Suki and King Boomi were not introduced and they should have been because they play an important role in the 3rd book.

I won't even bother with the 2nd movie. I can already tell, it's going to be ignored.

What they should have done for the movie was first of all, extend the length to a little over two and a half hours for the story telling detail. There's so much condense in this, and yet they left out the Kyoshi Warriors, which includes Sokka's love interest, Suki. Second, the casting should have been a little more appropriate. I can understand the name pronunciations, but I would have preferred the original pronunciations.

Overall, I'm surprised you reviewed this. I didn't expect that.
