driving on the corners looked great, but that was about it really. With very little 'line ability' the inevitable was gonna happen. The great thing here was he has created a Picasso abstract art in tin. I would have kept well outa his way every lap. he wasn't really attacking the circuit like he should have been,he was attacking the car and his talent.the car seamed to go down an incline when he went off track and it looked like to me that the cars weight made it dig in which created the roll.

He was getting further aoff line as the vid wore on, missing the apex by more and more. On the fatal corner he went in too early, close to an emergency line, but not braking (the whole point of that line) and so was too wide and going in the wrong direction by the time the apex arrived - and since not braking, going too quickly to get round. He might have made it with a touch of handbrake to get the back out but more likely he would have gone round like a top: but better than rolling.

awesome drifting for an awd. unfortunately on the turn that he crashed, he had to enter the corner more aggresive. his turn in was too smooth and he tried to oversteer with full throttle. subaru and evos tend to understeer in good traction surface when you go full throttle without load balancing the weight in the front axle (with more aggresive turning aka Scandinavian flick). My subaru tends to have the same reactions.

Evo isn't that hard to drive like that. Also you get better lap times doing grip turns for the entry, then 4 wheel slide at the exit, not all the way from beginning to the end. It'll also unecessarily wear out the tires. I can tell that she wasn't trying to set a lap record or anything and was just having fun, but not in a proper way. The way she passed the black elise was very disrespectful, you shouldn't use inside to pass if you are the following car.

It seemed as if she was coming into the turns a bit too aggressively, relying on the cars ability to rotate. That last corner, she came from a pretty good amount of speed built up, understeering too far outside the turn. She managed to correct the angle but there was already too much inertia built up that the car slid out far enough to have to rear wheel catch. Thats very unfortunate. Glad to hear the driver was fine. I bet shaken up no-less.
