I got it for PC and damn(ation)... was it bad. The jumping action felt... kinda stiff compared to what I was used to from games like Prince of Persia. The shooting system wasn't that good either. You had two kinds of weapons: One took more then 20 bullets to kill one enemy... and the other ran out of ammo faster then you could say 'wasted weapon slot'.
The driving stages especially annoyed me. Most of the time I couldn't tell if there was a hole or not

The game looks like it will be fun, and the storyline of a extended American Civil War is very cool, a bit like Iron Storm. I don't think the game will do very well though.

You do realize in regards to story Fallout is synonymus with Steampunk. Just about only the Enclave use alternative power sources while Brotherhood of Steal are Steampunk-ish. Fallout is not it's own style, it's a franchise.
Steampunk is not simply about using steam technology, it is also based on the Victorian era. And although Fallout is a franchise, it is also famous for using a unique setting.
From what I have seen so far, there is no Victorian influences.
There are many differant forms of steampunk - Victorian Steampunk being the first and prime from which the rest stem. These days anything based in an era before or after the discovery of electricity with a pre-industrialisation based around stem technology can be classified as Steampunk, though not the original form.
Which is what all good steampunkers should be XD. Victorian Era is much more dynamic than steampunk's more gritty incarnations. It's defiantly cooler, too =D

OMG imma get this and it was cool talking to the lead designers last year at my school. i think this is cool. The best way the designers explained it to me was they say its as if Gears of War and Tomb Raider had a baby. Well i am defiantly getting it for 360
