Milk isn't part of our DNA. From a literal standpoint DNA is not made of milk, but I assume that's not what you meant. There's a reason mammals stop suckling milk from their mothers: they don't need it anymore. Past that stage mammals are expect to drink water as that is the only other potable liquid that nature provides.

i think the point of it is that milk gives you strength. if the caveman drank milk instead of soda he'd be strong enough to open the bottle himself. because he isn't strong enough, he uses something else that is stronger... what is stronger killed him. does that make sense?

Fat is as necessary for your body as vitamins are. Milk is something that is a part of our DNA, the DNA of all mammals, while pop/soda is chemically engineered sugar cocktail that rots teeth, dehydrates, etc.
