Just trying to help you sir. Look up the deadlift records for 70 year olds and be amazed. Your setting limits for yourself. Your mentality should be 405 is nothing and it honestly is, a healthy male even 50 year olds can obtain that with a few years of so so lifting. Push yourself get 500 +. you can do it, just stop setting limits. Its really all mental.
Your deadlifting 395...whats the big deal honestly... about 3/4 of the highschool athletes had at least a 405 deadlift...a 405 deadlift is achiveable with only about 1-2 years of lifting..

I pyramid up as follows 135x12; 225x6; 315x3; 375x1 then I did 395x1 (10 lbs less my max)
