  • u look like a character from harry ploper!

  • what score did u get on ur math?

  • @MrHasnodong He got an 800 on the SAT math.

  • Idk if this was said but to me that made no sense. So how about we use common sense and just multiply the 24 by 2 and add that to 0.... When you have like 20 minutes to do 20 problems wouldn't a quicker way be recommended???

  • are you a teacher?

  • oh yeah your good looking haha XD

Thank you!! this really help I got a test today at 3pm >:) so am ready to kill it >:) haha

  • Just had dinner? 7:48 LOLOL

  • can this also work? since 1x is 24, 2x would be 48, and 0x would be 0, so a+b would be 48+0 which equals 48, the answer, would you reccomend this technique?

  • @101altair That would work here but more most of these it wouldn't. It only works here because a does happen to be equal to 0 while other times it may not.

  • thanks so much!! you're awesome :D

  • Ah, I notice my friend commented on this with my account. Commenting twice wasn't my intention.

  • Lol. Mate, I'll pass on the fact that ye were sort of geeky at the beginning, your teaching skills are High Quality. Keep up the good work, i sort of get this more now. Functions and Linear stuffs are one of my many Mathematics weak spots. @bananappletree; i got 1420 on my Pre-Sats <3 and I didn't even study <3<3<3

  • even though yer sort of dorky, thx for the less, teach! <3 \../

  • Your good.....I like you! I'm doing my leaving cert tomorrow and you've helped. What the hell is SATs!?!

  • You're better than my algebra teacher (honestly, no offense to my algebra teacher)

SAT's in four days! I'm nervous, but this video helps :)

  • u're chinese???

  • a really easy way to do this question would be to assume that f(x)=24x therefore f(1)=24 f(0)=0 f(2)=48 thus a+b=0+48=48

  • @Temporaryaccount2 thats what i thought when i read the problem

  • thanks! these vids are a lifesaver i'm hoping to bring my score up to a 1300 and i havn't been in school for 3 years retaking it to get into a good college.

  • Cool, good luck!!!

  • well.... that really.....nvm

  • how did u get the values for x? im talking about 0,1,2 how do u get those?

  • I got them from the chart

  • asians are good at math.

    yeah.

  • love this guy aye

  • wasup

  • omg this helped so much! im from the uk and i've never seen anything like f(x) in an equation or anything, so when i saw it in the practice tests, i was really confused, but i get it now, thanks =D

  • This video really helped; before, I would definitely thought that the answer was e)

  • this is the sneakiest question ive seen so far

  • omg you guys are such geeks!

  • dont playa hate! appreciate!

  • hahaaha actually a geek is a carnival performer who does acts that consists of biting off the heads of chicken...

In no way are we geeks,,,

I'd prefer the term overly intellectual people : ]

  • Thank for the video , We need people like you .I am i grade9 rite now but i still understood some off the part. So thanks man keep making these videos

  • there is another way of solving this problem. very easy one.

Since this is a line and we have its coordinates as (0, a), (1,24), (2, b).

24=(a+b)/2 because of the second coordinate is the midpoint of a segment with end points (0,a) and (2,b).

  • your 2's look like A's so it keeps confusing me. other than that thanks.

  • haha you left??? >:D jk. kwl! welcome back!

  • back again for daily lessons, I am hooked
