I think the next bully should have jimmy again but instead set on a huge college campus and there is lots to do like,work out, attend classes,use the in game internet(like gta 4) play arcade games,bowl, play pool..gamble,.well basicly take all the stuff that people liked from the first and add the new things I said oh and they should use the euphoria engine like they did in gta 4

Maybe the plot is Gary's older brother is held back in college alot (I hope petey will be in the second one he is mah fav) and ends up meeting Jimmy and tricking him and acts all nice and stuff. But later he corners Jimmy and manages to kick his ass and Jimmy isn't seen for days and you than get to play as a diffrent character (Not garys bro) and find where Jimmy is tied up somewhere or something
