wow maybe i dont know how to do the trick but if you look carefully, all of your theories that its the same 1 ring are kinda FUCKED. look at his little finger right at the beginning (his right hand) it has a ring or something on it at the base of his finger, then watch 0:09-0:10 very carefully and keep an eye on both his hands, suddenly his left hand no longer has the ring, and his little finger has another ring on it.... HMM I WONDER WHY? MAYBE BECAUSE HES PUTTING THAT RING ON HIS LITTLE FINGER

I say that if you learn ONE move that you use regularly then it is well worth the price. Maybe once you get good at it you decide it's too much of a pain to prepare the trick, so you don't do it very much. If you don't use it then, well, maybe you learn something anyhow. If nothing else it's fun to watch.

i'm not positive but it looks like he switches to a rubberband with a cut in it. Because if you look at the linking part he actually never moves his finger from that one spot on the rubberband.

This is just a wild stab in the dark, but could the two rubber bands be magnetized somehow? When he throws the larger rubber band so it "joins" with the other one, it looks like it doesn't penetrate the other rubber band, it's just hanging off the end. They could be rigged plastic bands found at magic shops - maybe. Again, I'm not a magician and this guess could be wide off the mark!

That's not how he does it, but it's a clever idea. I bet you could make a trick that works on that principle. The hard part will be when you let the audience examine the rubber bands ... if there was a little piece of metal in them, they would notice that for sure. But magnets can be flexible, no?

The guy does a solid piece of magic that required a considerable amount of time to learn, block and master, and everyone is talking about what the secret it and where they can get the video. Here's a Tip: No video can teach you to perform like that; it requires serious effort, considerable practise and dedication. The same DVD also includes "Twisted" which is an excellent gimmickless bill-switch that is a real workhorse. Those two items justify the price of the DVD but you get other stuff too.

It's almost impossible to pay the man who invented the trick since for 99% of the tricks you see these days, the inventor died about 100 years ago! But a good video tutorial is very valuable and Daniel Garcia is a pretty good teacher.
