bean recipe for burritos

huh....never heard of slicin' carrot to cook with the beans,..but, yeah, pinto beans have the best flavor, the thing here in mexico we cook the beans in the same water and if we want bean burritos or refried beans we drain the broth(don't throw away)and we mash the beans and then use that in the burritos.btw, the beans taste better cooked in a mexican ceramic clay pot.
