I love that movie. If you haven't you should read the book that inspired the movie called, "Touching From a Distance" by Deborah Curtis. It's a really good read!

what contribution to bringing back good music from days past will you have? i.e. what are some of your older musical influences?

I have a ton of older musical influences. The music of

David Bowie, Joy Division and The Cure pretty much shaped me. The funny thing with that is, David Bowie influenced Ian Curtis of Joy Division and Joy Division influenced The Cure.

Aside from those older artists who have influenced me, the list goes on and on...Queen, The Beatles, Duran Duran, The Smiths, Bob Dylan, The Clash, Pat Benatar, Janis Joplin, as well a wide variety of punk bands from the 80's and 90's.

The first two albums I purchased at a very young age were Alanis Morrisette's Jagged Little Pill and I Mother Earth's Scenery and Fish

but let's be honest, I was a mega huge Spice Girls fan too.
