quickest method.. go to dinosaur computers- pull out all raw materials sell comp materials.. 2 problems with this method.. actually theres more but ill point these ones out.. 1 material such as brass and copper are common they only sell for about 23cents per pound/kg depending where you are u would need 10 kg of THE BRASS... to make a profit of $23. 2 craiglist means distance. A the cost to travel to get the brass and B the cost to delivery

I've tried it! just that after responding to 3 sellers, two were brass plated steel, and the other was brass colored plastic, and the kicker is I added 165mi on my diesel F-350 got flashed by a red-light camera, and pulled over for being on the phone (looking at google maps trying to find these places) ---Definitely not worth it in the real world.

IF U have a small car U can go to a trailer shop they will install a hitch then U go on CL locate a trailer U might invest $500 but the money U will be able to make will more than pay for the gas etc. A car with a trailer is best of both worlds U get fuel savings when trailer is not N use and can haul bulky items like frige stove etc. If U have a prius no sweat there either it can get same treatment google prius trailer or camper U will see. Imagine getting 40mpg hauling stuff all over !

the best way to make money is what i do. my late husband was a used car dealer. i buy cars and resell them. i have relatives which allows me under law 20 cars per year. 4 per person under state law unless you have a license. since the economy got bad, i've made 34k per year with cars. that's my net. you will need a dealer's NADA book, always buy the car 1k under loan value or less. take off every ding, spots, etc. after the 1k. always review title bef. buy. too many owners, etc.

@livingbeyondpossible yes, buy a truck that roadworthy (meaning 5,000 or so dollars), buy 4 dollar a gallon gas, and then go buy some fake brass beds. a real brass headboard is a rarety and usually an antique. people that own these know that they are valuable as what they are meant for a BED. good luck if you were foolish enough to go for this one.

Go by the dumpsters of construction sites and office buildings that are remodeling for new leases. You can find tons of scrap to sell for FREE!! Timing is everything, because some guys do this for a living and travel from site to site diving in the dumpsters.....you also need to learn how to spot what the scrap is and what is worth picking up.....(wear old clothes and gloves are a must!)
